100-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 100 days from the date of delivery to request a return — no complicated forms, no runaround.
If more than 100 days have passed since delivery, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Partial refunds may be granted for items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by Cremores.

Damaged or Defective Items

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service — Cremores cannot guarantee receipt of untracked return packages.
